How ordering works

1. Browse the configurations. Bambu Lab and Creality are listed in one catalogue with the same comparison rows. Compare up to four configurations at a time.
2. Choose an exact configuration. Each printer is listed as a specific configuration — standard, combo, AMS/CFS combo, laser or PRO — so what you pay for is unambiguous.
3. Add it to the cart. One cart can hold both brands. Ready stock and order-in items can be bought together; the order is ready when every line is ready.
4. Pay by card at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe in ringgit, on the same page, and we email a receipt and order reference immediately. Prices already include SST.
5. Choose your pickup counter. Free self-pickup at TT3 (Vincenzo Labs) or Galacity (The Learning Curve). We email you when the unit is ready to collect.

Prices and lead times

• Prices are each supplier's published list price in ringgit, inclusive of SST, and are valid until further notice.
• Configurations that are ordered in are estimated at 20–30 days for both brands. A lead time is an estimate, not a guarantee; we tell you if it changes.
• A1 mini (standard) — 1 unit and Creality Spark i7 — 2 units are held as ready stock in Kuching and can be collected sooner while that stock lasts.
• Courier delivery is not available yet. When it is, it will follow PosLaju rates and be offered at checkout alongside pickup.

Cancelling or changing an order

Cancellation is free before we place your order with the supplier, and we ask the supplier after that. The full terms — refunds, damaged-on-arrival units, warranty and change-of-mind returns — are in the policies.
