Frequently asked questions
What we sell, what the prices mean, and how ordering, pickup and returns work.
- Can I buy a printer now?
- Yes. Add a configuration to the cart and pay by card at checkout; collection is free in Kuching at TT3 (Vincenzo Labs) or Galacity (The Learning Curve). If you would rather ask first, every printer page has an enquiry form and we reply by email or phone — usually within one working day.
- What do the prices mean?
- Each price is the supplier's published list price (Bambu Lab calls it RRP Online, Creality calls it the online listing price), shown in Malaysian ringgit (MYR). It is not a discount or a promotional price.
- Are these prices final?
- They are the current selling prices and are valid until further notice. Prices include SST, so no tax is added later. If a supplier changes its list, we update the price on the page.
- How long is delivery?
- Ordered-in configurations are estimated at 20–30 days for both brands. That is an estimate, not a promise. Ready stock in Kuching: A1 mini (standard), 1 unit and Creality Spark i7, 2 units.
- Can I collect it?
- Yes. Self-pickup in Kuching is free, at TT3 (Vincenzo) or at Galacity / Saradise (The Learning Curve). Courier delivery will follow PosLaju rates once shipping is enabled.
- What about warranty and returns?
- Warranty and returns follow the manufacturer's and supplier's terms for each brand. The full terms are on the policies page.
- Can I cancel or change an order?
- Cancellation is free before we place your order with the supplier; after that we ask the supplier on your behalf. The full terms are in the policies.
- Why do some details say “Not yet verified”?
- Because we have not verified them against a confirmed source. We would rather show “Not yet verified” than guess at specifications, stock or delivery.
- Where are you based?
- The Learning Curve is based in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia.
- Who fulfils orders?
- Orders are fulfilled jointly by The Learning Collection and Vincenzo Labs, with supplier arrangements for each brand.
- Is filament available?
- Not yet. Filament from both brands is the next category we are preparing; printers come first.
- How will ordering work?
